Kerrie was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas but now considers herself a true “Austinite" after living here for the past 40 years. She graduated from UT in the 80’s with a BA in Mathematics along with a teaching certificate in Math and Latin. In 2009, Kerrie began to dream of becoming a realtor when she and her husband purchased a small “getaway” on Lake LBJ. During this three year process of searching and buying this home, Kerrie became very familiar with all of the Highland Lakes areas: Buchanan, Inks, Marble Falls, and Lake LBJ. She is now a member of the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors and has built expertise in these regions. In 2012, she retired from teaching after 29 years and pursued her dream of being a realtor.
What Kerrie loves most about being a realtor is seeing the faces of new homeowners light up when they walk into a house and can sense right away this is “the one”! She is attentive to client needs, and works hard to check the boxes on their wish lists. When acting as a partner to sell your home as a listing agent, she is able to see the house through the eyes of potential buyers and can help you make your home attractive to its ideal audience – which helps her clients command top dollar.
Kerrie is proud to have raised a family of four children who all still live in Austin with their families. She and her husband have lived in the same home in northwest Austin for the last 25 years.
